hay guiz! The Fox channel won't...

...be airing the President's health care reform speech next week. All the other news networks will, but Fox would rather play an episode of So You Think You Can Dance (I admit I love this show but still! Not the time!)

My theory is, just incase the president's speech is rousing, and convinces even some of the poor saps that watch only Fox for all their news-info needs (ironically, considering the republican states, a lot of them could benefit from a public health care option... don't they get that?), that'd be bad for the republicans.

Sarah Palin talking about death panels and peoples' worthiness of receiving healthcare based on their productivity in society (ldjflskdjd) though, that's cool.

Birth controool! Got any ideas?

I'm not looking to have kids any time soon (or ever? who knows), so I thought Norplant (an implant in the arm that lasts for 5 years) sounded sweet as hell, buuut apparently it's been discontinued in the US for some... strange legal reason...

I'm not really down with the latest, but I'd really like to know what any of you ladies (or gents) out there might recommend while I attempt to do some research from some comparatively "blahblah" sites.

Factors: I don't have a bajillion dollars, and I hate periods, so anything also addressing these conveniently would be super swell.

Thanks for being great sports if anyone replies 8)

I'm Spineylamb on Twitter if any of you people use that. It's definitely a lot lazier than keeping up a journal entry, that's for sure.

So, in order to try and get myself to be more productive with life, I've pretty much abstained from playing video games as much as I totally could. I haven't touched a single Wii, 360, or PS3 controller, and I even, FINALLY managed to pry World of Warcraft from my nearly chilly, stiff, death grip (over 2 months now! ahhhhh)

Well, I don't feel any more productive.... I will say, my desire to play games has waned considerably, as if they just don't have their same appeal anymore.

@_@ However... now that I'm moving back with my parents, I'm going to start Warcraft back up since that's the only way I can interact with my boyfriend during a long distance relationship. T_T gaming with a purpose...

blaaaah, well, I don't even know why I'm sharing this, but it -is- a journal. I guess it's like an official way for me to break my anti-video game embargo. *kicks down a wall* It's not making a difference, bring on the gamiiiiiiiing @_@

You know the type. They post something and the only comment is "..."
man, super eyeroll.

just as bad, I'd say, are the ones that claim something only took them like 2 hours total, when it looks like something that would've taken like, you know, maybe 5 at the least. and they'll even be calling it a "doodle/sketch".
